A lot of ear infections can start after nasal, sinus and throat infections. We have heard from several physicians that preventing nasal, sinus and throat infection may reduce ear infections. There is not enough medical literature available at this time to confirm this. Since nasal irrigation is relatively benign, you can try it for yourself and let us know how it works.
