You probably are squeezing the bottle too hard and pushing some solution through the nasal lacrimal duct that connects your nasal cavity with the eye. Please make sure you keep your head in the right position during rinsing (tilted forward with your nose aiming for the center of the sink and your forehead parallel with the countertop). After rinsing, blow your nose very gently, without pinching it completely, to avoid putting pressure on your ears.
