I have been rinsing my sinuses for 4 months. We are going to Brazil this summer to do volunteer work in a remote region. How should I prepare the water (I do not know if I will have kitchen access)? Are there filters or other sterilization procedu Author: Karla Sangrey We recommend using boiled water when you have no access to distilled water as this removes all bacteria from the water. You can store it in a clean container. Discard any unused previously boiled water after three days. If you have access to purified bottled water, this should be safe to use as well.
