Under normal circumstances you should not feel any burning or stinging if you use our Isotonic premixed NeilMed Sinus Rinse packets. Make sure you are thoroughly dissolving the entire packet of the mixture in lukewarm water and follow the directions in the brochure that came with your device. If the problem continues, please discontinue and contact our office for further advice.
